Peter Hatcher and his family are going on vacation in Maine. Only problem: Peter's nemesis Sheila Tubman will also be there along with her family! And as if that wasn't bad enough, Peter's 5 year-old brother Fudge wreaks havoc with a little girl who lives next door to them at their vacation house.
