Yamada has a rare chronic disease that causes his crown jewels to swell and make him hard. To relieve the pain associated with this, he has to ejaculate at least once every three hours. Now, however, there is the problem that he has broken both his hands. Accordingly, someone else has to work on him. For this, he is admitted to a hospital known for its sadistic nurses. Nurse Tachibana is the first one to take care of Yamada. Despite her disgusted look, she does her best for her patient… even after her hands fail to bring him to his climax…
