Their mother, Geum-ok, believed to have lost her firstborn child to suicide, searches for the truth behind the death as a centuries-old family curse slowly reveals itself. As the two collide in a quest to discover the past and present reality, they come across Jae-in, an exact look-alike of the deceased sister.
