Deep within the surrounding mountain woods lives a manic killer named Vincent, who stalks and brutally murders his victims one by one. As the terror unfolds, disturbing truths come to light — revealing that a tragic vaccine mishap in Vincent’s youth may have played a role in creating the monster he has become.
