It speaks of the shared space between a woman devastated by her illness and an astronaut determined to take part in the first crewed mission to Mars. The film shows how their lives traverse a space that preserves, in a way, a sense of symmetry. Both speak with the filmmaker, who attempts to explore the limits of the human being—and her own limitations when making a film.
